In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "filvet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to filvet, the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operator operating the platform accessible at filvet.net and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Platform" refers to the filvet website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management features made available to registered players.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the filvet Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on the filvet Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited by the Player into their filvet Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under Philippine gaming regulations and filvet's internal compliance standards.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates and licenses gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an Account on the filvet Platform, accessing any feature of the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with filvet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and filvet. They apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual sports, promotional offers, and payment services.

filvet reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any time, particularly following material amendments. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in suspension of Account access until confirmation is provided.

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration on the filvet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR licensing requirements. filvet employs mandatory KYC identity verification procedures to enforce this requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Balances will be forfeited, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, subject to applicable verification.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The filvet Platform is operated under Philippine regulatory authority and is intended for use by players physically located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the filvet Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. filvet does not represent or warrant that its services are available or legally permissible in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms & Conditions and at their own legal risk.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and up to date. filvet reserves the right to require supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to activating real-money features on your Account — including the ability to make deposits, place Wagers, or request withdrawals — you are required to complete filvet's KYC verification process. Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID. Proof of address may also be required. filvet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

3.5 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the filvet Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. filvet employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, filvet reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, cancel all pending Wagers and Bonus Balances, and conduct a full investigation prior to releasing any remaining Real Money Balance.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your filvet Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. filvet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. filvet will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify filvet immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. filvet will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation. All Wagers placed and transactions executed using your Account credentials prior to notification of unauthorised access remain your responsibility unless filvet's investigation confirms a security breach attributable to filvet's platform infrastructure.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. filvet reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ₱150 to inactive Accounts with a Real Money Balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed. Players may reactivate a closed inactive Account by contacting support and completing a re-verification process.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your filvet Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending Wagers will be settled according to their respective outcomes, and any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and identity verification requirements.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

filvet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, UnionBank online banking, 7-Eleven (PESONet/InstaPay reference payments), USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. filvet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, minimum withdrawal amounts, and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. filvet reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion, including applying enhanced limits for VIP tier players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and AML screening. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are typically processed within one to three banking days. filvet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 or where AML screening flags a transaction for review.

5.4 Currency

The filvet Platform operates in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). All deposits, Wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. filvet does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations in relation to cryptocurrency transactions.

filvet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified Filipino players who are 21 years of age or older and who have completed KYC verification.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fully satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant offer page.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not satisfied within the specified validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• filvet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment details constitutes bonus abuse.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots). Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• filvet reserves the right to void any winnings generated from Wagers placed in violation of applicable bonus terms, including bets placed to hedge or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.

All games available on the filvet Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail in respect of that specific game.

filvet's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for slot titles reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity interruption during active gameplay, filvet reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance. filvet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

filvet reserves the right to void any Wager where it can be demonstrated that the outcome was influenced by a software error, data feed error, or any event outside the normal operation of the game or market. In such cases, staked amounts will be returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filvet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending Wagers and Bonus Balances, forfeiture of any Real Money Balance pending investigation, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the filvet Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with filvet.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place Wagers, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, cheating, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity in relation to any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from known or suspected bugs must be reported to filvet support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the filvet Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity.
• Abusing bonuses through artificial wagering patterns, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus conversion.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from filvet.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing filvet staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the filvet Platform — including but not limited to the filvet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio, video, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of filvet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the filvet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any filvet content without prior written authorisation from filvet.

The filvet brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of filvet. Unauthorised use of the filvet trade marks — including in any social media impersonation, phishing, or fraudulent marketing — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

filvet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by filvet's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at filvet.net/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to filvet collecting, processing, and retaining your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service personalisation.

filvet does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or regulation, or where filvet has a legitimate interest in preventing fraud or ensuring platform integrity.

filvet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as entertainment, and filvet provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and play within their means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered filvet players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately once set. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

filvet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or filvet had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

filvet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond filvet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. filvet will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

filvet accepts no liability for losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform where such information is subject to change or is provided for informational purposes only. It remains your responsibility to verify the accuracy of information before placing any Wager.

filvet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected underage gambling or identity misrepresentation.
• Operation of multiple Accounts.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or a court order.
• PAGCOR or regulatory direction requiring account action.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed by the Account holder in bad faith.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, filvet will conduct its review as promptly as reasonably practicable. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld Real Money Balance released. If a breach is confirmed, filvet may permanently close the Account and, where applicable, forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

filvet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a Player — filvet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, or changes required by regulatory direction, may take effect immediately upon posting without advance notice.

Your continued use of the filvet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulatory issuances.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the filvet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through filvet's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting filvet support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. filvet will acknowledge receipt within two business days and will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 14 business days of acknowledgement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through filvet's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures. Any dispute not resolved through these processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
